Hi everyone! I'm secondhandrose9, and I'm an aspiring writer/artist.

Some of my favorite shows are: Wicked, The Apple tree, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Funny Girl, Helo Dolly, Candide, and The Music Man. I love, love, LOVE Kristin Chenoweth, but I also really enjoy: Barbra Streisand, Idina Menzel, and Judy Garland. Andrew Lippa is another one of my idols. My favorite T.V. shows are Pushing Daisies (R.I.P.), I Love Lucy, and Ugly Betty.

A have a very eclectic taste in music, enjoying everything from opera and musical theatre to British Invasion and Mowtown. I'm open to almost anything! My family and friends all call me an "old soul" because of my taste in music. I am convinced I was born in the wrong era!

I am not athletic in the least. Not that it really matters, but I'm not. Let's just say that on my second lesson of gymnastics I cartwheeled into a wall and broke my foot. Not only that, but I missed the padding on the wall by about six inches. Yes, I know. Stupid. I don't know why I felt the need to write that...

Most of my fanfictions will probably be about Pushing Daisies and Wicked, as I find the creativity and originality of both of them so refreshing and fun to work with. The characters are so bubbly and fun, but have a dark side to them as well. That allows me to play up both sides, which I really enjoy. I love working with multi-faceted characters!

It may take me a while to scan and upload everything, but I'll try my hardest! Portraits aren't my strong suit; I'm trying to practice those.
